  • Payment must be made by 20 May 2026 via TWINT.

    Otherwise your spot will be given to the next person on the waiting list. 

  • 1 stand = 50 CHF

    Possibility to include 2x 180cm clothes racks, 1x large table and 1-2x chairs

    We will send you our TWINT if a spot is available for confirmation of your registration.

  • In the event of cancellation on your part (at least 5 days prior to the event), or cancellation on our part due to bad weather conditions, half of the stand amount will be refunded.

    After this period, no refunds will be issued.

STAND

Each exhibitor must bring their own equipment (table, racks, and chairs).
It is possible to have a maximum of 1 large table (or 2 small ones), 2 large racks (or 4 small ones), and 2 chairs per stand.

Unloading will take place in front of the Grenette.
Upon your arrival, please contact us to be directed to your spot.

Remember to pay attention to the presentation of your stand, and possibly add a decorative touch (plants, mirror, tablecloth,...) to increase its attractiveness ✦

Your items must be clean, in good condition, and ideally ironed + labeled for better presentation.

Store all your boxes, suitcases, and containers under the table (hiding them with a tablecloth) to keep aisles clear.

Business cards, posters... This event also aims to offer you maximum visibility :)

A fitting room will be available.

It is strictly forbidden to display and/or sell food products or counterfeit goods at your stand.

A food stand will be present, with drinks (sodas, coffees, etc.), hot dogs, and crêpes!

We will shortly provide you with further information regarding the exact location of the different car parks.

LAST HOME STRETCH

After payment and confirmation of your registration, it's time to share, share, share!

The stand rental fees allow us to finance the space rental and the communication campaigns we will put in place.

Invite your friends on Facebook (our page Vintake Shop), share the flyer on your Instagram profile (don't forget to tag us @vintakeshop).
Social media is our best friend!
